Driver Information

I have read and acknowledged the rules above. I acknowledge and agree to absolve, and hold harmless, all sponsors and organizers and any other party connected with these events in any way whatsoever, singularly or collectively, from and against any blame or liability from any injury, misadventure, harm, loss, inconvenience, or damage suffered or sustained as a result of participation. I agree to be responsible for my conduct and abide by any official decisions made.

The St. Ignace Visitors Bureau has my permission to use my photograph/video, or photographs/video of any other adults in my vehicle, or any child’s photograph/video (if under 18 years of age) in public to promote the Trek The Might Mac event.  I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media.  I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall be payable to me.

  • You are responsible for arranging your own transportation to the staging area in Mackinaw City. Free busing is not available.
