Car Show Vendor Registration Information for 2022

  • 2021 vendors are guaranteed the same location if your registration is received no later than May 15, 2022
  • Food vending spaces are limited. 2021 food vendors will have the first opportunity to vend in 2022.
  • A 2022 Window ID will be mailed to you after your online registration has been processed and your location has been assigned. This permit must be visible at your location throughout the weekend.
  • ALL VENDORS regardless of vending location, must check-in at the Vendor Registration trailer located along the sidewalk on the conference room side of the Little Bear Arena.

Car Show Vendor Guidelines for 2022

  • No stakes can be used to secure your tent in the pavement or grassy areas.
  • Set-Up Time: Thursday, June 23, at noon. No early set up. You must be on location no later than 3:00 pm Friday, June 24th. State Street will be closed at 6:00 pm for the Down Memory Lane Parade.
  • Hours of operation: Non Food Vendors - Thursday noon through Saturday evening. Food Vendors - Friday through Saturday evening only. Food vendors must comply with all Health Department guidelines.
  • You are responsible for cleanup of your area before departing.
  • Dumpsters are available on site.

I agree to be responsible for my conduct and abide by any official decisions made.
